【摘要】 目的:观察培元化浊汤对于慢性痛风性关节炎的干预效果和症状改善程度。方法:将60例慢性痛风关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组在节制饮食、中等强度运动量、控制血压的基础上采用培元化浊汤治疗,对照组在相同基础治疗同时予苯溴马隆干预,观察两组治疗前、治疗12周后、停药12周后血尿酸、甘油三酯、血沉、C反应蛋白变化,并将痛风发作频次和量化症状积分作为疗效统计。结果:治疗组治疗后、停药12周后血尿酸水平、甘油三酯、血沉、C反应蛋白较治疗前均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗后、停药12周后血尿酸水平、血沉、C反应蛋白较治疗前均有下降(P<0.05),而甘油三酯水平与治疗前比较无明显改善(P>0.05),同时,治疗组治疗后、停药12周后甘油酸酯水平与对照组同期比较、治疗组停药12周后量化症状积分与对照比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即治疗组优于对照组,而两组间血尿酸、血沉和C反应蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:培元化浊汤能发挥类似苯溴马隆的效果,且能显著改善生活质量,预防急性痛风性关节炎的发作,疗效稳定持久。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the intervention effect and symptomatic improvement of Peiyuan Huazhuo Decoction for chronic gout arthritis patients. Methods: 60 chronic gout arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treatment group were treated by Peiyuan Huazhuo Decoction on the basis of the diet control,medium intersity exercise,blood pressure regulator. The patients in the controlled group were intervened by benzbromarone in the same basic treatment. The level of serum uric acid,triglyceride,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C creative protein before,12 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after drug withdraw were observed in the two groups,and the frequency of gout attack and quantitative symptom score were done as a curative effect to statistics. Results: The levels of serum uric acid,triglyceride,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C creative protein after treatment and 12 weeks after drug withdraw in the treatment group were decreased as compared with those in before treatment with statistical differences( P<0. 05). The levels of serum uric acid,erythroeyte sedimentation rate and C creative protein after treatment and 12 weeks after drug withdrawal in the controlled group were decreased as compared with those before treatment( P<0. 05),and there were no significantly improved on triglyceride( P>0. 05). Meanwhile,that the triglyceride levels in the treatment group contemporarily compared with which in the controlled group both after treatment and 12 weeks after drug withdrawal,as well the quantitative symptom score in the treatment group compared with which in the controlled group after drug withdrawal were both had the statistical differences( P<0. 05),thus of which the treatment group were better than those of the controlled group. And the levels of serum uric acid,erythroeyte sedimentation rate and C creative protein between the two groups with no statistical significances( P>0. 05). Conclusion: Peiyuan Huazhuo Decoction has the effect similar to the benzbromarone,significantly improve the quality of life,and prevent the outbreak of acute urarthritis,with persistent and stable curative effect.更多还原
