【摘要】 中医学理论体系的灵魂是辨证论治,其特点是个性化、灵活化,因而适用于中医药类研究的动物模型应该既体现中医证候特征又能反映西医疾病属性,以全面和客观地评价中药的效应。本文结合2型糖尿病(T2DM)的中西医发病病因,筛选出较为理想的T2DM病证结合动物模型造模方法,即:诱导劳倦过度房事不节法、过量中药灌服法、长期激怒法、高脂饲养结合冠状动脉左前降支结扎术法,为中药新药的研发提供实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key of traditional Chinese medical( TCM) science is syndrome differentiation and treatment administration,which means individuation and flexibility. Therefore,suitable experimental animal models for research of TCM should have both TCM syndrome features and western medicine disease characteristics,in order to obtain general and objective evaluation. In this research we screen out 4ways including sexual strain and over-fatigue,overdose of traditional Chinese medicine,long-term irritation,and high cholesterol diet combined with ligation of coronary artery,to get T2 DM animal models with different Chinese medical syndromes for further experimental study of T2 DM in the area of TCM.更多还原
