【摘要】 目的评估两种方法治疗喉乳头状瘤的疗效及安全性。方法随机将63喉乳头状瘤患者分为两组,A组采用显微镜下CO₂激光切除,B组采用7070号低温等离子射频刀头切除。比较两组患者的声带粘连、术后复发及恶变情况。结果 CO₂激光治疗组较等离子治疗组复发率低,差异有统计学意义（P=0.027）;对单发病灶患者,CO₂激光治疗组较等离子治疗组复发率低,差异有统计学意义（P=0.040）;对多发病灶患者,CO₂激光治疗组与等离子治疗组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义（P=0.395）;CO₂激光治疗组较等离子治疗组声带粘连发生率低,差异有统计学意义（P=0.027）。复发主要发生在术后12个月以内,尤其是术后6个月。结论 CO₂激光治疗喉乳头状瘤安全、有效,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CO₂ laser and low-temperature plasma. Methods 63 patients with laryngeal papilloma were randomly divided into two groups.A group was treated with CO₂ laser under microscope while B group was treated with CoblatorT M Reflex#7070.Vocal cord adhesion,postoperative recurrence and malignant transformation of two groups were compared.Results CO₂ laser group had a lower rate of recurrence than low-temperature plasma group（ P = 0. 027）.For patients with single lesion,CO₂ laser group had a lower rate of recurrence than low-temperature plasma group（ P = 0. 040）.For patients with multiply lesions,there were no statistical differences between two groups（ P = 0. 395）.Compared with low-temperature plasma group,the incidence of vocal cord adhesion in CO₂ laser group was lower（ P = 0. 027）. The recurrence mainly happened within 12 months after operation,especially within 6 months after operation.Conclusion CO₂ laser is safe and efficient and causes few complications in the treatment of laryngeal papilloma.更多还原
