【摘要】 目的探讨连续血液净化治疗急性肾损伤患者疗效观察及对患者肾功能的影响。方法我院2013年6月至2016年6月期间收治的急性肾损伤患者86例,随机分为观察组43例与对照组43例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,对照组给予前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合连续血液净化治疗,两组疗程均为7d。比较两组患者APACHEⅡ评分、心率、血压、肾功能及炎症因子治疗前后变化。结果两组APACHEⅡ评分治疗后降低,观察组APACHEⅡ评分治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心率治疗后降低,而血压治疗后上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率治疗后低于对照组,血压治疗后高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组尿量治疗后增加,而Cr和BUN治疗后降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿量治疗后高于对照组,而Cr和BUN治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CRP和IL-6治疗后降低,观察组CRP和IL-6治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续血液净化治疗急性肾损伤患者疗效显著,且可改善患者肾功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of continuous blood purification on patients with acute kidney injury and the effect on renal function.Methods From June 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital,86 patients with acute renal injury were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).Two groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy,the control group was given Alprostadil injection treatment,the observation group was given continuous blood purification treatment on the basis of control group,the treatment course of both groups were 7d.The changes of APACHE II score,heart rate,blood pressure,renal function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The APACHE II score of the two groups decreased after treatment,andthe observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the heart rate of the two groups decreased after treatment,and blood pressure increased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the heart rate of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,the blood pressureof observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);urine volume of the two groups increased after treatment,while Cr and BUN decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the urine volumeof observation group was higher than that of control group after treatment,while Cr and BUN ofobservation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CRP and IL-6of the two groups decreased after treatment,the CRP and IL-6of the observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute kidney injury patients has significant curative effect,it can improve the renal function of patients,and has important research significance.更多还原
