【摘要】 目的探讨血管瘤的临床特征、诊断及治疗。方法对2009年1月至2015年3月的40例次血管瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者行瘤内联合注射鱼肝油酸钠、地塞米松及平阳霉素治疗均获临床治愈,无手术并发症。随访3月~4年,4例复发,经再次瘤内注射药物后治愈,其中1例因血管瘤范围广泛,共行6次注射治疗后取得较好疗效。结论本病临床特征比较明显,瘤内药物注射治疗效果好,复发率低,术后定期复查及时处理可减少术后复发,获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of hemangioma from January 2009 to March 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients underwent intratumoral injection combined with Cod Liver Oil acid sodium,dexamethasone and Pingyangmycintreatment were cured,without complications. All patients were followed up for 3 months to 4 years,and 4 cases recurred and were cured afterintratumoral injectionof drugs again. Among them,1 case achieved good results after a total of 6 injectiontreatment for a wide range of hemangiomas.Conclusion The clinical features of the disease are obvious. The effect ofintratumoral injection of drugs is good. The recurrence rate is low. And the timely review and timely treatment can reduce postoperative recurrence and obtain satisfactory results.更多还原
