【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽结核的CT表现,提高对本病的影像学认识。方法收集我院从2010年1月至2016年8月经病理活检证实的鼻咽结核8例,8例均行CT平扫,其中1例同时行增强扫描,对CT资料进行了回顾性分析。结果病变位于鼻咽顶部6例,鼻咽顶部及右侧壁1例,鼻咽顶部及左侧壁1例。病变密度均匀3例,密度不均匀5例。咽缝变窄、消失6例,咽旁间隙狭窄2例。8例中无1例颅底骨质破坏。咽后、颈部多发淋巴结肿大6例,淋巴结平扫5例呈等密度,1例呈中央低密度,其中1例行增强扫描,表现为淋巴结周边环形强化。结论鼻咽结核的CT表现具有一定特征,但仅靠影像学检查诊断鼻咽结核是困难的,明确诊断必须依靠组织病理学活检。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the CT features of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis,and to improve the imaging recognition of this disease.Methods 8 cases of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis confirmed by biopsy in our hospital from January 2010 to August2016 were collected.CT plain scan was performed in 8 cases,of which 1 case was performed enhanced scan.And the CT data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The lesions were located at the top of 6 cases,1 case of the top and right side of the nasopharyngeal,1 case of the top and the left side wall.The lesions were homogeneous in 3 cases and uneven in density in 5 cases.Pharyngeal slits became narrow,disappeared in 6 cases,and 2 cases of stenosis of the lateral pharyngeal space.There was no one case of skull base bone destruction in 8 cases.6 cases of multiple lymph nodes enlarged at pharyngeal and neck.For plain scan of lymph nodes,5 cases showed equal density,1 case showed central low density. Among them,enhanced scanning was performed in 1 case,which showed ring enhancement of lymph nodes.Conclusion CT features of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis have certain features,but it is difficult to diagnose nasopharyngeal tuberculosis only by imaging examination.The definitive diagnosis must be made by histopathology biopsy.更多还原
