【Abstract】 Through selecting the best culture conditions on the two serotypes of Haemophilus parasuis(MD0322 and SH0165 strains) in vitro,we found that under the conditions of adding a certain amount of serum and coenzyme,the two strains grew well,and a large number of bacteria were harvested in the optimum time by tracking the growth curve, which provided the support for the follow-up production of the vaccine.更多还原
