【Abstract】 To understand the infection situation of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV 2) in the area of Guide,PCV 2 antibody had been detected in 73 serum samples from 2 pig farms by ELISA,and viral nucleic acid of PCV 2 had been detected in 45 tissue samples by fluorescence PCR. The results showed that the average positive rate of PCV 2 antibody was 95.89%,the positive rate of pathogen tissue samples was100%.更多还原
