【摘要】 为了确立本单位繁育饲养基地健康比格犬血液中主要电解质及pH值指标的参考值范围,为犬只生产管理、质量控制和药物研发、医学研究等提供参考数据,本试验随机选择临床健康比格犬137只(雄42只,雌95只),分别测定其血清中的K(钾)、Na(钠)、Cl(氯)、iCa(实测钙)、nCa(标准离子钙)、TCa(总钙)含量及pH值。结果如下:血清K含量5.27±4.24 mmol/L,Na含量144.65±17.51 mmol/L,Cl含量108.04±6.09 mmol/L,iCa含量1.09±0.11 mmol/L,nCa含量1.26±0.05 mmol/L,TCa含量2.27±0.19 mmol/L,pH值为7.65±0.25;雌性与雄性间的K、Na含量及pH值指标无显著差异(P>0.05),但Cl、iCa、nCa、TCa含量有显著差异(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the normal reference data of main blood electrolyte and pH of healthy beagle dogs in Sichuan institute of musk deer breeding and provide basic data for production management,quality control,drug discovery and medical research,blood samples of 137 healthy beagles(42 males and 95 females) were collected from forelimb medial saphenous vein,the blood electrolyte indices(K,Na,Cl,iCa,nCa,TCa) and pH were detected by IMS-972 electrolyte analyzer. The results as follows,K:5.27±4.24 mmol/L,Na:144.65 ±17.51 mmol/L, Cl:108.04 ±6.09 mmol/L, iCa:1.09 ±0.11 mmol/L, nCa:1.26 ±0.05 mmol/L, TCa:2.27±0.19 mmol/L,pH:7.65±0.25. The conclusion indicated that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)on K,Na and pH in blood between male and female,but the indices of Cl,iCa and nCa had significant difference(P<0.05).更多还原
