【摘要】 近年来,四川省户外运动山难事故频发,户外运动应急救援体系尚未建立,急需构建四川省户外运动应急救援体系。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、归纳总结法等研究方法,详细地梳理了四川省户外运动应急救援存在的问题,并提出包括应急救援指挥中心、应急救援宣传培训管理机构、应急救援执行机构、应急救援人员、应急救援费用、应急救援工具、应急救援保险等方面的四川省户外运动应急救援体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the accidents of outdoor sports in Sichuan province have been caused frequently, but emergency rescue system of outdoor sports in Sichuan province has not been set up yet. Therefore, it is of great urgency to construct the emergency rescue system of outdoor sports in Sichuan province. In this paper, literature method, expert interview method, summarizing method and so on are been used to find out the existing problems of outdoor emergency rescue in Sichuan province carefully and put forward the system of outdoor sports emergency rescue in Sichuan province, which include emergency response center, emergency rescue mechanism, emergency rescue training and management, emergency responders, emergency rescue tools, emergency rescue fees, and emergency rescue insurance.更多还原
