【摘要】 本文运用文献资料法、实地观察法、逻辑分析法、对比实验法、数理统计法等,结合平原驻防的武警部队赴高原执勤前期的体能训练进行了研究,对当前武警某机动团体能训练现状进行调查,与其高原执勤所进行的任务、要求、时间、高原地理环境、人文环境等进行分析,明确高原地理、人文环境对武警官兵体能水平的影响,根据高原执勤期间主要担负的任务类型、战术要求、体能要求等,结合高原期间的其他条件进行合理分析,使平原驻防的部队能够根据高原执勤的各种情况进行有针对性体能适应性训练,提出切实可行的体能训练方法和标准,以供平原驻防的武警部队执行高原执勤任务时进行参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the training of armed police tactical group, combined the duty of the task, the plateau, time, plateau geographical environment and cultural environment, make sure the influence of plateau geographical and cultural environment on the physical level of the armed police.
