【Abstract】 Based on the theory of sustainable livelihoods, the questionnaire survey of the present situation of migrant workers in Xiaojiahe community is carried out from four aspects: human capital, social capital, material capital and financial capital. Questionnaires were conducted in the form of interviews. According to the survey results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the living situation of migrant workers in Beijing by means of the survey results. These proposals consist of improving human capital, increasing financial capital, enhancing material capital and enriching social capital and so on.更多还原
