纳米TiO2薄膜材料的制备及其光催化降解氨氮

【摘要】 用钛酸丁酯为钛源,无水乙醇为溶剂,以玻璃珠为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法及浸渍提拉工艺制备不同煅烧温度下的TiO2薄膜材料.研究煅烧温度、紫外光照时间、负载次数、薄膜使用量、水样pH值等因素对TiO2薄膜材料光催化降解氨氮活性的影响.实验表明:在薄膜负载6次,退火温度550℃,水样pH值为4,催化反应时间120 min等最佳实验条件下,TiO2薄膜光催化降解氨氮的降解效率可达74.4%.重复使用会在一定程度上减弱TiO2薄膜的光催化活性,经过光催化活性恢复实验后可恢复至新样品的93%.

【Abstract】 The TiO2 film materials were prepared under different calcination temperature by the sol-gel method and dip-coating technique. Tetrabutyl titanate,anhydrous ethanol and glass bead were used as titanium source,solvent and carrier,respectively. The influences of calcination temperature etc. on the TiO2 film materials photocatalytic activity for ammonia nitrogen degradation were studied. The experimental results showed that the degradation efficiency of ammonia nitrogen catalyzed by TiO2 film materials could reach74. 4% under the optimized conditions: TiO2 film was coated for 6 times,annealing temperature of 550 ℃,exposure time of 120 min and p H of 4. The reuse of TiO2 film materials might weaken the photocatalytic activity,however,the photocatalytic activity would recover to 93% after recovery treatments.
