【摘要】 从闲暇活动的组织及休闲资源两个维度考察了新生代农民工闲暇活动的结构性制约因素及其影响机制。新生代农民工闲暇活动由娱乐消遣、学习提高、社会交往和观赏参与等四个维度构成,且呈现出明显的差异。在控制了样本的人口学特征及其它控制变量后,新生代农民工结构化的闲暇活动组织频率越高,越利于形成稳定的时间结构和休闲生活的例行化,从而驱动其参与娱乐消遣、社会交往和观赏参与型闲暇活动;公共休闲资源的不断完善,可为新生代农民工拓展休闲空间,促进其参与学习提高、社会交往和观赏参与型闲暇活动;商业休闲资源的选择空间越大,越能增强新生代农民工的消费自信,促进其参与到社会交往型和观赏参与型的闲暇活动;公共休闲资源的可获得性越高,休闲阻碍越小,新生代农民工参与四种类型闲暇活动的倾向性就越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 From two dimensions of leisure activities organization and leisure resources,this study investigates the structural constraints and the mechanism of the leisure activities of the new generation of migrant workers. The results show that the leisure activities of the new generation of migrant workers are constituted by recreation,learning,social interaction and ornamental participation,and showing a significant difference. After controlling the demographic characteristics and other control variables of the sample,the higher the frequency of structured leisure activities,the more conducive to the formation of a stable time structure. The formation of leisure life routine of the new generation of migrant workers is good for develop leisure behavior habits,and thus to promote their participation in leisure activities such as entertainment,social interaction and ornamental participation. The improvement of public leisure resources not only expand leisure space for the new generation of migrant workers,but also optimize the allocation of leisure resources,it can provide more leisure opportunities for the new generation of migrant workers to participate learning,social interaction and Ornamental activities. The study also show that the greater the choice space of commercial leisure resources,the more able to meet the different levels and types of leisure needs,and this can enhance consumer confidence of the new generation of migrant workers,so as to promote their social interaction and ornamental activities. Moreover,the higher the availability of public leisure resources,the smaller the barriers to leisure,the new generation of migrant workers tend to participate in four types of leisure activities.更多还原
