【Abstract】 In order to provide a data communication among Sichuan Earthquake Agency,China Earthquake Administration,cities,autonomous prefectures and seismic stations in Sichuan Province,we construct a remote earthquake video consultation system. This remote earthquake video consultation provides a technical platform for carrying out analysis and prediction in a timely and efficient way.
