便携式GC-MS在选钛废气挥发性有机物监测中的应用

【摘要】 采用便携式GC-MS现场测定了某选钛厂废气中挥发性有机物。结果表明,选钛废气中检出了苯系物、丙酮、环己烷、二硫化碳等具有异味的挥发性有机物,浮选工序挥发性有机物浓度水平为0.032~1.02mg/m~3,烘干工序排气筒废气中挥发性有机物浓度水平为0.004~0.518mg/m~3。本方法操作简便,获得数据快速,为管理部门及时处理环境投诉,企业优化选钛废气处理工艺参数提供依据。

【Abstract】 A portable GC-MS was used to monitor the VOCs in the exhaust gas of a flotation titanium plant. The results show that the flotation titanium exhaust gas detected in the VOCs with peculiar smell,such as BTEX,acetone,cyclohexane and carbon disulfide etc. the level of concentration of VOCs in the flotation process is 0. 032 ~ 1. 02mg/m~3,the level of concentration of VOCs in the exhaust gas from drying process is 0. 004 ~ 0. 518mg/m~3. This method is easy to operate,get the data quickly,provide the basis for the management department to deal with the environmental complaints in time,and optimize the process parameters of the waste gas treatment.
