乙酸对干秸秆与白菜废弃物混贮品质的影响及微生物多样性研究
Study on the Effect of Acetic Acid to the Mixed Silage Quality and Microbial Diversity of Dried Corn Stover and Cabbage Waste
【摘要】 利用青贮原理,将干玉米秸秆与废弃白菜混合贮存,研究乙酸对混贮品质及微生物多样性的影响。设置对照ME组(无乙酸添加)和AA组(乙酸添加量0. 3%) 2个处理组,密封贮存30d,分析其化学组分和发酵品质,并利用Miseq高通量测序分析微生物多样性。结果表明,AA组中ADF、NDF、HC、CL及H_OC均显著性降低(P <0. 05),而ADL、WSC及CP均显著性增加(P<0. 05); AA组的乙醇及乙酸含量均显著高于ME组(P<0. 05),乳酸、丁酸及AN/TN含量均显著低于ME组(P<0. 05),且pH值也显著性降低(P<0. 05)。从微生物菌群动态分析看出,乙酸的加入大大降低了有害菌肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)的相对丰度,并提高了乳杆菌属的相对丰度,由20. 7%提升至83. 8%。总之,乙酸的加入改善了贮存品质,提高了发酵质量。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of silage,dry corn stalks and the high moisture waste cabbage mixed together to study the effect of acetic acid to the mixed silage quality and microbial diversity. Two treatments set up as follows: group ME( no acetic acid),group AA( adding 0. 3% acetic acid). Two treatments were storage in 30 d; the chemical composition and microbial quantity of the mixed silage group were measured and observed. The results showed that the ADF,NDF,HC,CL and HOC of group AA were significantly lower than before( P<0. 05); ADL,WSC and CP were significantly increased( P<0. 05); ethanol and acetic acid in AA group were significantly higher than those in group ME,lactic acid,butyric acid and AN/TN were significantly lower than those in the ME group,and pH also decreased significantly( P<0. 05) The microbial community showed that acetic acid greatly reduces the relative abundance but increased the relative abundance of Lactobacillus from 20. 7% to 83. 8%. In short,the addition of acetic acid significantly improved the storage quality and fermentation quality.
