乳酸菌与纤维素酶在青贮中的应用研究
The Application of Lactobacillus and Cellulase in Silage
【摘要】 青贮是我国以及世界上广泛应用的一种牧草加工方法。文章综述了近年来乳酸菌、纤维素酶以及乳酸菌与纤维素酶混合添加在青贮技术中的应用以及对不同青贮原料品质及营养价值的影响,并对今后青贮技术的发展做出展望。
【Abstract】 Silage is a kind of forage processing method which is widely used in our country as well as in the world. In this paper,the recent application of lactobacillus,cellulase and the mix addition of lactobacillus and cellulose in silage technology are reviewed. Moreover,the effects of lactobacillus,cellulose,the mix addition of lactobacillus and cellulase on the quality and nutritional value of different silage materials are summarized. Finally,the paper makes prospects for the development of silage technology in the future.
