基于RFID和二维码技术的牦牛畜产品质量安全溯源系统在红原县的设计与应用
Traceability System Design and Application of Quality Safety for Yak Product Based on RFID and Two-dimensional Code Technology in Hongyuan
【摘要】 近年来,畜产品安全事件频发,为保障消费者健康,国内外相关组织相继提出了食品安全的"可追溯性"概念,通过对食品生产、流通过程中各关键环节的信息加以采集、有效管理,实现预警和追溯。本文综合运用RFID、物联网、监控、预警等技术对红原县牦牛畜产品生产、流通等关键环节进行质量监控;通过搭建第三方信息发布平台,供企业、政府、第三方检测机构、消费者及时发布和获取信息,实现牦牛畜产品全产业链过程可查看,质量可追溯;旨在通过这种信息公开的方式建立食品安全信誉体系,解决牦牛畜产品行业信息不对称,改善牦牛畜产品安全问题。
【Abstract】 In recent years,events of animal products quality safety occurred frequently. To ensure the safety of consumers,domestic and foreign organizations have put forward the concept of " trace-ability" of food safety,through the food production,circulation of the key link information to be collected,effectively managed,to achieve early warning and trace-ability. In this paper,we use RFID,Internet of things,monitoring and early warning technology to carry out quality control of key aspects such as yak animal production and circulation in Hongyuan County. Through the construction of third-party information dissemination platform for enterprises,governments,third-party testing organizations,consumers timely release and access to information to achieve the whole process of yak animal products can be viewed,the quality can be traced; through this information disclosure The establishment of food safety credit system to solve the yak animal product industry information asymmetry,improve the yak animal product safety issues.
