安康水电厂自动盘车及辅助调整系统应用研究
Study on Application of Automatic Barring and Additional Adjusting System of Ankang Hydropower Plant
【摘要】 针对安康水电厂传统盘车测量工艺及调整判断手段的不足,研发一套自动化盘车系统,该系统能够自动测量、连续盘车,并通过自动轴线生成的结果,直接进行辅助调整。文章重点介绍了该系统的关键实现技术和系统构成的必备要素指标,通过在安康水电站1号机组上进行盘车试验,证明该系统适用于安康水电厂伞式机组的盘车过程,能够在不改变基本盘车工艺和国标要求的情况下做到精确测量、智能化分析,从而减少了人为错误,提高盘车准确性,并大大简化了盘车工作量,达到了安康水电厂精确化检修的任务要求。
【Abstract】 One set of automatic barring system is developed aiming at the insufficient judging manners of the conventional measurement technology and adjustment of barring.This system enables to automatically and continuously measure barring.Furthermore,the additional adjustment is performed based on the output though the automatic axis.In the paper,the key technology and the necessary factor indexes of the system are introduced.Through the barring tests on Unit 1,Ankang Hydropower Plant,the system is proved to be applicable for the barring process of the umbrella units of the hydropower plant.It can precisely measure and intelligently analyze in condition of without changing the basic barring technology or the code requirement.Accordingly,it reduces artificial error,increases the barring accuracy and largely simplifies barring quantity and satisfies requirements on precise repair of Ankang Hydropower Plant.
