无托槽隐形矫正技术的临床应用疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:分析无托槽隐形矫正技术在临床中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2016年4月～2017年4月收治的80例拟行牙齿正畸手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为A、B两组各40例,A组行无托槽隐形矫正技术,B组行传统固定矫治技术,对比两组患者的治疗效果及各项临床指标。结果:A组患者的治疗总有效率略高于B组(P>0.05);A组的各项临床指标均优于B组(P<0.05);A组的各项牙周指数均明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:无托槽隐形矫正技术可以有效应用于牙齿正畸手术中,临床治疗效果显著,有利于缩短治疗时间,改善患者牙周指数,宜广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the application method and effect of catenary stealth correction technique in clinical practice. Methods: Eighty patients with orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into three groups: A group and A group(n = 40). Group A was treated with no bracketing stealth technique, B group of traditional fixed correction technology, compared the two groups of patients with the treatment effect and the clinical indicators. Results: The total effective rate of group A was slightly higher than that of group B(P> 0.05). The clinical indexes of group A were better than those of group B(P <0.05) In group B(P <0.05). Conclusion: The orthotopic correction technique without brackets can be effectively applied in orthodontic operation. The clinical treatment effect is obvious, which is helpful to shorten the treatment time and improve the periodontal index of the patients. It should be widely used.更多还原
