干扰素α1b联合孟鲁司特钠治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:分析干扰素a1b联合孟鲁司特钠治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的临床治疗效果。方法:本研究选取了医院内部2015年12月~2016年12月收治的120例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,对比不同治疗方法下两组患儿的治疗效果、临床症状改善时间和治疗前后的实验室指标。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的各项临床症状改善时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的各项实验室指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素α1b联合孟鲁司特钠可以有效治疗传染性单核细胞增多症,缩短患儿的临床症状改善时间,改善患儿的实验室检测指标,应当广泛应用于临床治疗中。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: to analyze the clinical effects of interferon a1b on the treatment of infectious monocytosis. Methods: this study selected the hospital internal in December 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed in 120 cases of nonucleosis as the research object, each 60 cases were randomly divided intre and after the treatment. Results: the total effective treatment of the group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05). The clinical symptoms of the st significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: interferon alpha 1 b joint Lu Si meng sodium can be effective in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis, shortening the time of the patient’s clinicalin clinical treatment.更多还原
