品管圈活动在降低胸廓出口综合征患者延续护理知识缺失率中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低胸廓出口综合征(TOS)患者延续护理知识缺失率中的应用效果。方法:我科于2015年1月-2015年9月期间,成立品管圈小组,确定品管圈活动的主题为"降低胸廓出口综合征患者延续护理知识缺失率"。自行设计调查问卷,根据统计的数据绘制活动前后的柏拉图进行效果确认。结果:通过品管圈活动,TOS患者延续护理知识缺失率由活动前的61%降至活动后的22.9%,目标达成率为112%,进步率为62.5%.品管圈活动可有效降低胸廓出口综合征患者延续护理知识缺失率,为该类疾病延续护理的宣教提供了依据及标准。护理人员提升了利用管理工具进行护理工作的能力,在沟通协调、团队合作意识、集体荣誉感等方面更加完善,为进一步升华优质护理服务品牌开拓了崭新的视野。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the application of quality control circle activity in reducing the loss rate of continuous nursing knowledge in patients with thoracic outlet syndrome(TOS). Methods: we established a group of 1-9 in 2015, to determine the theme of the current product management circle activities to reduce the loss of the thoracic outlet syndrome patients with continuing care knowledge".
