早期补充维生素D对早产儿感染性疾病的IL-2,IL-4及免疫球蛋白的影响

【摘要】 目的:分析探究早期补充维生素D对早产儿感染性疾病的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年10月收治的120例合并感染性疾病的早产儿,随机分为对照组(常规住院处理与感染性疾病专科处理,n=60)和观察组(补充维生素D,n=60),干预前后采集静脉血检测IL-2、IL-4与免疫球蛋白指标(IgA、IgG、IgM)。结果:观察组补充维生素D后,IL-2、IL-4水平较干预前明显提高,且显著高于未补充维生素D的对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组干预前后IgA、IgG、IgM水平无明显变化,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:早期补充维生素D可提高早产儿感染性疾病的IL-2、IL-4水平,对提高免疫力有显著影响,而对免疫球蛋白影响不明显需进一步观察研究。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of early vitamin D supplementation on interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-4(IL-4) and immunoglobulin in preterm infants with infectious diseases. Methods: 120 preterm infants with mixed infectious diseases from June 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group(routine hospitalization and infectious disease specialist treatment, n = 60) and observation group(supplemented with vitamins(IL-2, IL-4) and immunoglobulin(IgA, IgG, Ig M) were measured before and after the intervention. Results: The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Before and after the intervention, IgA, IgG, IgM levels were not significantly changed, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Early vitamin D supplementation can improve the level of IL-2 and IL-4 in preterm infants with infectious diseases, and it has a significant effect on the improvement of immunity, while the effect of immunoglobulin is not obvious.
