中毒洗胃方案的选择和解毒药物的应用

【摘要】 目的:探究中毒洗胃方案的选择和解毒药物的应用效果。方法:选取2014年9月-2016年9月在本院接受治疗的132例口服中毒患者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机原则均分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者行常规洗胃方式,研究组患者行改良洗胃方式,同时对全部患者应用解毒药物进行治疗。对比两组患者洗胃效果,同时观察全部患者的解毒药物应用效果。结果:研究组患者的一次置管成功率为90.91%,并发症率为6.06%,堵管率为3.03%。对照组患者的一次置管成功率为63.64%,并发症率为11.67%,堵管率为9.09%。数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者均得到及时有效的救治,治愈率达到98.48%,无不良反应,1例有机磷农药中毒患者以及1例汞中毒患者由于中毒较重,且送医不及时,导致患者死亡。结论:对中毒患者行洗胃时,改良洗胃法可以提升置管成功率,降低并发症率及堵管率,同时对患者行针对性的解毒药物,具有安全有效的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the toxicity of gastric lavage solution selection and application effect of drug detoxification. Methods: to choose in September 2014-September 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 132 patients with oral poisoning as the research object, the patients were divided into control group and research group in accordance with the principle of random, control group patients undergoing routine gastric lavage, the team way of patients improved gastric lavage, detoxification drug treatment in patients with all at the same time. Compared to two groups of patients with gastric lavage effect, at the same time observe the detoxification of all patients drug application effect. Results: the team a catheter in patients with success rate of 90.91%, the complication rate was 6.06%, tube plugging rate was 3.03%. Control group of patients with a success rate of catheter was 63.64%, the complication rate was 11.67%, tube plugging rate was 9.09%. Data contrast differences statistically significant(P < 0.05). All patients receive timely and effective treatment, the cure rate of 98.48%, with no adverse reaction, 1 case of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients and 1 case of mercury poisoning patients due to poisoning is heavier, and hospital, not in time led to the deaths of patients. Conclusions: in patients with poisoning gastric lavage, the improved method of gastric lavage can improve success rate of catheter, decrease the rate of complication rate and blocking pipe, as well as the patients targeted drug detoxification, has the characteristics of safe and effective.更多还原
