雾化吸入布地奈德、可必特联合口服开瑞坦治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及安全性分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨分析雾化吸入布地奈德、可必特联合口服开瑞坦治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将自2014年12月到2016年8月在我院治疗的60例小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分组并采用不同的方式进行治疗,并对评价指标进行统计分析。结果:采用雾化吸入布地奈德、可必特联合口服开瑞坦治疗的观察组的治疗显效率为83.33%显著优于采用氨茶碱、地塞米松治疗的对照组的63.33%,治疗总有效率为96.67%显著优于对照组的73.33%,P<0.05;观察组的喘息、哮鸣音、肺部﹥音、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;不良反应发生率为6.67%显著优于对照组的26.67%,P<0.05;均有统计学意义。结论:采用雾化吸入布地奈德、可必特联合口服开瑞坦治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效更为显著,且不良反应率更低,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of aerosolized inhaled budesonide and combivent combined with oral clarityne in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods: Sixty children with asthmatic bronchitis were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2016. The children were randomly divided into groups and treated with different methods. Statistical Analysis. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.33%), 73.33% for the treatment of superior to that in the control group total effective rate 96.67%,P <0.05; The therapeutic effect of the treatment with aerosolized inhaled budesonide and combivent combined with oral clarityne was significantly better than that with aminophylline and dexamethasone. The observation group of Wheezing 、wheezing rale 、 pulmonary rales、 cough disappearance time were shorter than the control group(P <0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% and significantly higher than that of 26.67% in the control group(P <0.05);All have statistical significance.
