【Abstract】 The development strategy of "One Belt and One Road" is both a cooperation strategy between different regions and a further opening-up policy more proactive than before. Northern Jiangsu is both the overlapping area and the intersection point of several important national strategies. The Northern Jiangsu should take the initiative to seize new historical opportunities brought by "One Belt and One Road" policy. By taking its prominent spatial and location advantages of being coastal, connecting the north and south China and bridging the east and west China, the region should actively construct the regional coordination mechanism with a spatial layout of "One Core, Two Axis and Three Economic Circles" so as to build a bridgehead cluster under the Belt and Road Initiative through the construction of a new type of city spatial structure via "Internet plus Grades". This will help build ecological industries with reasonable division of labor and complementary advantages, and promote positive interactions between regional industrialization and urbanization, so as to enhance the competitiveness of industries in North Jiangsu and accelerate the coordinated regional development in Northern Jiangsu.更多还原
