【Abstract】 Teachers’ modern transformation is the key to the development of rural education in ethnic areas.In the process of modernization,the professional development of rural teachers in ethnic areas faces a series of problems.The root of the problem lies in the division of "advanced" and "backward" in the context of the duality of modernity makes us can not correctly un derstand the particularity of ethnic education and the practical needs of rural education in ethnic areas.Going beyond the dualism of modern context,adhering to the diverse modern position,awareness of the integrative function of ethnic education to modern knowledge and ethnic culture that we can explore the feasible strategies to solve the plight of rural teachers’ professional development in the ethnic areas based on the characteristics and needs of rural education there.更多还原
