夜光纤维发光性能的影响因素

【摘要】 选择150D/36F夜光涤纶纤维进行研究,探讨坯布定型温度、水浴温度、染料种类、染料用量、染色时间、皂洗剂用量及家庭洗涤次数等对夜光纤维发光性能的影响,优化生产工艺。结果表明:坯布定型温度140~195℃、水浴温度<90℃、不染色,夜光纤维的发光效果较好,家庭洗涤对夜光效果无影响,如需染色,黄色色光下夜光纤维发光性能最佳,且染色时间越短,夜光效果越好。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the luminous effect of luminous fiber, the dyeing processing condition for 150 D/36 F luminous polyester fiber was discussed. The effects of cloth setting temperature, water bath temperature, dye concentration, dyeing time,and soaping on the luminescence properties of luminescent fiber were investigated for optimizing the production process. The results showed that the best luminous effect was obtained when temperature was set at 140~195 ℃ and water bath temperature less than 90 ℃ without dyeing. In the case of dyeing, light performanceof luminous fiber with the yellow disperse dye was better than other dyes, and the dyeing time shorter, luminous effect was better. The household washing had no effect on the luminous effect.
