无醛固色剂6050的制备

【摘要】 通过一步法合成固色剂并对其做相应的性能测试,找到合适的小分子单体、引发剂、链转移剂,同时对合成条件进行探索,确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最合适的小分子单体为二烯丙基胺,引发剂为过硫酸铵,链转移剂为EDTA,固色剂的较佳合成工艺:初始单体质量分数60%、反应温度85~90℃、引发剂过硫酸铵用量为纯单体质量的1%,反应时间40 min。

【Abstract】 Fixing agent was synthesized by one-step method, and the corresponding performances were tested to find the optimized small molecule monomer, initiator, chain transfer agent dosage, as well as the optimized synthesis technology. The results show that the most suitable small molecule monomer is allylamine, the initiator is ammonium persulfate, and the chain transfer agent is sodium sulfite. The optimized synthesis technology of the fixing agent is as follows: the initial monomer concentration is 60% and the dosage of initiator-ammonium persulfate is 1% weight parts of undiluted monomers at 85~90 ℃ for 40 min.
