氯霉素ELISA可视化微阵列芯片检测试剂盒评价研究
Evaluation techniques of detecting chloramphenicol by ELISA-Based visualization microarray chip
【摘要】 为了了解氯霉素ELISA可视化微阵列芯片检测试剂盒的有效性和可靠性,从灵敏度、特异性、准确度、可重复性、检出限、耐变性、批间变异等方面进行了评价,结果表明该试剂盒在测试范围内线性回归良好,相关系数R2可达0.9943,与结构相似的甲砜霉素、氟甲砜霉素的交叉反应率均小于1%,批间变异系数小于20%,牛奶中的平均回收率为108.5%,检出限为0.067μg/L,该试剂盒有较好的准确性、特异性与重复性,耐变性与批间变异均在可接受范围内,可用于牛奶样品中氯霉素的残留检测。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the effectiveness and reliability of domestic Chloramphenicol ELISA-based visualization microarray chip kit,evaluated in terms of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, reproducibility, the detection limit, stability and inter-assay coefficients of variation.The results showed that the kit had a regression line of and correlation coefficient 0.9943. It showed less than 1% cross-reactivity with thiamphenicol and florfenicol, which was similar to chloramphenicol in structure. The inter-assay coefficients of variation is less than 20%, and the rate of recovery for chloramphenicol from milk was 108.5%, the corresponding the detection limit was 0.067 μg/L,This kit had a good accuracy, speci city and reproducibility, its stability and inter-assay were both in the acceptable range. This kit can be used in melamine detection from milk and milk powder.
