高蛋白低脂牛奶改善中等强度运动疲劳的效果研究
Anti-fatigue effect of high-protein low-fat milk on moderate-intensity exercise
【摘要】 探索高蛋白低脂牛奶对中等强度运动疲劳有无缓解作用。选取30名健康成年人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。用递增负荷试验确定各受试者维持中等强度运动的试验功率,分别饮用300 m L高蛋白低脂牛奶和等量市售矿泉水后30 min后进行1 h恒定功率蹬车运动。运动前后立即抽取静脉血测血常规和生化指标,并于运动前及结束后0,15,30 min时取指尖血测血糖、乳酸,用主观体力感觉量表测定其疲劳程度,持续监测受试者心率至运动结束后30 min。结果表明,运动开始前两组各指标均无统计学差异,运动结束后15 min和30 min时实验组血糖下降幅度显著低于对照组;运动结束后0 min时,实验组乳酸、心率增加幅度显著低于对照组,实验组RPE评分也低于对照组,两组运动前后血红蛋白、尿素氮、肌酸激酶、血清渗透压、钾、镁等电解质离子等浓度比较无统计学差异。结论:中等强度运动前饮用高蛋白低脂牛奶有助于维持体内较平稳的血糖水平,恢复心率,促进血乳酸的清除,缓解运动性疲劳,提高运动能力。
【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the anti-fatigue effects of high-protein low-fat milk after moderate-intensity exercise. Methods: 30 healthy adults were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Before the exercise, the power of moderate intensity exercise for each subject was determined by increasing load test. Experimental group drunk 300 ml high-protein low-fat milk, while the control group had the same amount of mineral water. After 30 minutes, one-hour pedaling movement was proceeded which was constant power load. The biochemical and routine blood index were collected before and after the exercise, blood lactic acid and glucose through fingertip blood were determined before exercise and every 15 minutes after exercise, heart rate was monitored until 30 minutes after the experiment,and fatigue degree were evaluated by the Rating of Perceived Exertion every 15 minutes. All the data would be compared between two groups in different time. Results: Each index is not statistically different before the exercise(P>0.05). The decrease in blood glucose from experimental group is lower significantly than control group(P<0.05) in 15 th minute and 30 th minute after exercise. The increase in blood lactate and heart ratio and the score of RPE from experimental group are lower significantly than control group(P<0.05) in 0 minute after exercise. There are no obvious changes in hemoglobin, urea, creatine kinase, serum osmolality, potassium, magnesium and other electrolyte ions in two groups. Conclusion: The results show that the ingestion of high-protein low-fat milk before the moderate-intensity sport effectively contribute to maintaining blood glucose and recovering of heart rate. It can also help to promote the blood lactic acid removal, relieve fatigue and improve exercise capacity.
