【Abstract】 At its Fourth Plenum, the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic decision to comprehensively advance the rule of law, which has opened up new ideas for improving Party building and government administration in China. On the basis of reviewing the party-government relationships in the recent history, this paper provides some suggestions on how to improve Party building and government administration under the background of the rule of law. The Party and government must govern within the scope of their authority defined by the law, administer state affairs and social and economic affairs in accordance with the law, and truly protect the rights and interests of the people.更多还原
