【Abstract】 Since Trump served as the new president, the US government’s policies have undergone huge changes. The Trump government is going to introduce a series of major reforms that are likely to start from reform of the tax system, then straighten out the steps taken by the new government in adjusting the strategic thinking on US economic development, and gradually reflect the US re-arrangements for the tax, trade and energy policies, which is bound to have a considerable impact on China. The new US government’s energy policy has gradually opened a larger energy map for the world. China should pay attention to this trend, proceed from the field of infrastructure investment, increase the global energy investment, and use the current favorable international situation, so as to make institutional contribution to the international order.更多还原
