我国城市雨洪资源综合利用潜力浅析
Analysis of Urban Rainwater Resources Potential for Integrated Utilization in China
【摘要】 在分析当前学者对雨洪资源潜力研究成果的基础上,从可利用雨洪资源增量的角度提出了城市雨洪资源综合利用潜力的概念。利用日降雨序列法估算北京市雨洪资源综合利用潜力约为10 199万m~3/a。利用多年平均降水量计算法对我国288个地级及以上城市的雨洪资源综合利用潜力进行了估算,结果表明我国总体雨洪资源利用潜力很大,多年平均雨洪资源综合利用潜力约为56.4亿m~3/a。进一步分析表明,我国各城市实施雨洪资源综合利用措施后,其总体效益十分显著,折合经济效益约1 714.8亿元/a。
【Abstract】 Based on the current studies of rainwater resources potential,the concept of urban rainwater resources potential for integrated utili-zation was proposed at the point of the utilizable rainwater resources increment. Daily rainfall series was implemented to estimate the urbanrainwater resources potential for integrated utilization in Beijing City,which was about 101.99 million m~3/a. Moreover,the multi-year aver-age precipitation was applied to assess the urban rainwater resources potential for integrated utilization on 288 prefectural level and higher lev-el cities in China. The results show that there are 5.64 billion m~3/a potential in China cities. Furthermore,the implementation of urban rain-water resources integrated utilization will lead a significant overall benefit which is about 171.48 billion RMB Yuan/a.
