【摘要】 三江源地区是我国长江、黄河和国际河流澜沧江重要的水源补给区与涵养区,为保证该区域的可持续发展,建立有效的三江水源保护区生态补偿机制是十分必要且迫切的。结合目前的研究状况,对三江源地区生态补偿机制构建进行了思考,探讨了建立三江源生态补偿机制的思路、补偿的主体和客体、方式和标准等。建立并完善三江源地区生态补偿制度,是打开制约水源地生态环境保护颈瓶、从源头保护水环境和水源的一项长远、有效的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three-river Source area is the important water sources supply and conservation area of Yangtze River,Yellow River and international Lancang River. To ensure the sustainable development in this area,it is necessary to establish an effective ecological compensation mechanism. With the present research condition,the study focuses on thinking of the construction of ecological compensation mechanism of Three-river Source area,mainly in exploring the train of thought of ecological compensation mechanism establishment,the subject and object of compensation,compensation methods,standards and so on. Establishing and perfecting the system of ecological compensation in Three-river Source area,is an effective and long-term measure to break the bottleneck of ecological environment protection and protect water sources from the origins.更多还原
