柴油机油烟炱化学性质研究进展
Recent Progress on Chemical Properties of Soot in Diesel Engine Oil
【摘要】 烟炱是柴油发动机燃料不完全燃烧生成的产物,减少烟炱的生成和危害一直是研究者们关注的热点问题。文章综述了烟炱的微观结构、生成机理方面的研究进展,并综述了实验室和计算机技术模拟烟炱进行研究的进展情况,希望为进一步研究烟炱对润滑油使用性能的影响方面提供一定的理论基础,为发动机的设计和高性能的润滑油的研制和开发提供一定的帮助。
【Abstract】 Soot is generated by diesel’s incomplete combustion,it’s always a hot problem about how to reduce the generation and harm of soot. Herein,this paper reviews the research progress on the microstructure and formation mechanism of soot,and the new progress on lubricant researches by using the simulation of soot both in laboratory experiment and theoretical calculation. The above research can not only offer fundamental information for further study about the influence of soot on lubricating oil performance but also provide vital insights into both the design of engine and the development of high-performing lubricant.
