阻燃型聚氨酯泡沫的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 以二乙醇胺(DA)、甲醛和亚磷酸二乙酯(DP)为原料合成了一种新型阻燃二元醇(BHAPE),其与聚醚多元醇(4110)复配制备了阻燃型组合聚醚多元醇,用于制备阻燃型聚氨酯泡沫(FRPUF)。采用极限氧指数(LOI)、热重分析仪(TGA)、锥形量热仪(CCT)和万能试验机等对阻燃聚氨酯泡沫材的料性能进行了研究。结果表明,加入BHAPE可提高聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃性和热稳定性。BHAPE的质量为组合多元醇质量的40%时,聚氨酯泡沫材料的极限氧指数达23.1%,压缩强度为0.225 MPa。

【Abstract】 A novel flame retardant diol(BHAPE) was synthesized by using diethanolamine(DA),formaldehyde and diethyl phosphite(DP) as raw materials and the flame retardant polyether polyol combination was prepared by blending the BHAPE with polyether polyol(4110) for the preparation of flame retardant polyurethane foam(FRPUF). The properties of flame retardant polyurethane foams were studied by LOI,TGA and calorimeter testingand universal testing machine. The results showed that the flame retardancy and thermal stability of polyurethane foam could be improved by adding BHAPE. When BHAPE amont was 40 wt% of the polyol mass,the limiting oxygen index of the polyurethane foam was 23.1 % and the compressive strength was 0.225 MPa.
