【摘要】 目的:观察刺络拔罐放血疗法联合中药内服外敷治疗肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予刺络拔罐放血疗法合加味血府逐瘀汤内服、金黄散外敷治疗,对照组予加味血府逐瘀汤内服合金黄散外敷治疗。治疗后观察患者肿块及其他临床症状的改善情况,统计复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率63.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发1例,复发率为3.3%(1/27),对照组复发2例,复发率为10.5%(2/19),2组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐放血疗法联合中药内服外敷治疗肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎,能有效消除乳房肿块,提高治疗效果,且复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian-pricking,cupping and blood-letting therapy combined with internal administration and external application of Chinese medicine for plasma cell mastitis in mass stage. Methods :Selected60 cases of patients with plasma cell mastitis in mass stage as study objects,and divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomly,30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu tang and external application of Jinhuang san, while the treatment group was additionally treated with meridian-pricking, cupping and blood-letting therapy. After treatment,observed improvements of mass and other symptoms, and recorded the recurrence rate. Results:The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). One case of recurrence was found in the treatment group,the recurrence rate being 3.3%(1/27),and two cases were found in the control group,the recurrence rate being 10.5%(2/19),there being no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Meridian-pricking, cupping and blood-letting therapy combined with internal administration and external application of Chinese medicine for plasma cell mastitis in mass stage can effectively remove breast mass and enhance curative effect,which has low recurrence rate.更多还原
