【摘要】 目的:观察芩翘四妙汤联合呋喃妥因肠溶片治疗产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌致尿路感染的临床效果。方法:选择因产ESBLs大肠埃希菌致尿路感染的40例患者作为此次研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组各20例,对照组服用呋喃妥因肠溶片治疗,研究组采用芩翘四妙汤联合呋喃妥因肠溶片治疗,观察并比较2组患者尿急、尿频、尿痛等主要症状治疗见效时间(包括3天见效、5天见效以及7天见效),依据尿培养结果与临床症状改善情况评判患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率70.0%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组3天见效和5天见效的患者比例均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用芩翘四妙汤联合呋喃妥因肠溶片治疗产ESBLs大肠埃希菌致尿路感染不影响临床有效率,但症状消失快,安全性高,值得在临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adjective:To observe clinical effect of Qinqiao Simiao tang combined with nitrofurantoin enteric-coated tablets in treating urinary tract infection caused by escherichia coli that produces extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs).Methods:Selected 40 patients with urinary tract infection caused by escherichia coli which produces ESBLs as study objects,and divided them into the control group and the study group respectively being 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nitrofurantoin enteric-coated tablets,while the study group was treated with Qinqiao Simiao tang combined with nitrofurantoin enteric-coated tablets. Compared responding time for urinary urgency, frequent urination, urodynia being improved of the two groups which includes three,five and seven days after treatment,and evaluated clinical effect of the patients according to result of urine culture and improvement of the clinical symptoms. Results:The total effective rate was80.0% in the study group,and was 70.0% in the control group,the difference being not significant(P>0.05). The proportion of patients whose clinical symptoms were improved after three days and five days of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Qinqiao Simiao tang and nitrofurantoin enteric-coated tablets is effective in treating urinary tract infection caused by escherichia coli that produces ESBLs,which has high safety and is worth for application in clinical practice.更多还原
