【摘要】 目的 :观察凉性经筋通贴膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎肿痛症状的临床疗效。方法 :将43例急性痛风性关节炎肿痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组以凉性经筋通贴膏外敷联合扶他林口服治疗,对照组仅以扶他林药物口服,进行为期1周的随访研究。结果:治疗组临床痊愈率54.5%,总有效率90.9%;对照组临床痊愈率28.6%,总有效率80.9%。治疗组临床痊愈率及总有效率分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)治疗后均比治疗前下降,前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组UA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组ESR比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分、肿胀评分、功能障碍评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿胀评分及功能障碍评分分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉性经筋通贴膏外敷对急性痛风性关节炎肿痛症状的干预疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of external application of cool unblocking meridian plaster for acute gouty arthritis. Methods: Divided 43 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis into two groups randomly. The treatment group received external application of cool unblocking meridian plaster combined with oral administration of voltaren, while the control group only received voltaren orally. Both groups were followed up for one week. Results: In the treatment group, the clinical cure rate was 54.5% and the total effective rate was 90.9%; in the control group, the clinical cure rate was 28.6% and the total effective rate was 80.9%, differences both being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, uric acid(UA) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.01). No significant difference was found in the comparison of UA between two groups after treatment(P>0.05). The comparison of ESR between the two groups after treatment showed significance in the difference(P <0.05). After treatment, score of visual analogue scale(VAS), score of swelling and pain, and dysfunction score in both groups were declined, comparing with those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.05). And the comparison of the above three scores between the treatment group and the control group showed significance in differences(P<0.05).
