【摘要】 目的 :观察银杏叶片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法 :将84例抑郁症患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组41例单用草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,观察组43例采用银杏叶片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组的临床疗效,治疗前后评定汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,检测神经营养因子(BDNF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和神经功能相关因子髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、S100B蛋白水平,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组总有效率82.93%,观察组总有效率97.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,2组HAMD评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组的HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组BDNF均较治疗前升高,Hcy、MBP、S100B蛋白均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BDNF高于对照组,Hcy、MBP、S100B蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶片联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Ginkgo Leaf tablets combined with Escitalopram Oxalate tablets in treating depression. Methods: Selected 84 patients with depression and divided them into the control group being 41 cases which was given Escitalopram Oxalate tablets only, and the observation group being 43 cases which was given Ginkgo Leaf tablets combined with Escitalopram Oxalate tablets randomly. Treatment of the two groups lasted for two weeks. Compared clinical effect of the two groups,evaluated Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score, detected serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), homocysteine(Hcy),myelin basic protein(MBP) of neural function related factors, S100 B protein level before and after treatment, and observed incidence of adverse reaction. Results: The total effective rate was 82.93% and 97.67% in the control group and in the observation group respectively,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After four weeks and eight weeks of treatment, HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). BDNF of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, Hcy, MBP and S100 B protein levels of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). BDNF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, Hcy, MBP and S100 B protein levels of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo Leaf tablets combined with Escitalopram Oxalate tablets have significant curative effect in treating depression.更多还原
