【摘要】 目的:观察内服外用当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例气虚血瘀兼阳虚型糖尿病周围神经病变患者按照随机对照研究方法分为治疗组与对照组各30例,2组均予控制血糖,治疗组内服外用当归四逆汤,对照组口服依帕司他胶囊,2组疗程均为3月。观察2组治疗前后临床症状体征、多伦多临床评分的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为56.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组多伦多临床评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组多伦多临床评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者在临床观察中均未出现不良反应。结论:内服外用当归四逆汤对糖尿病周围神经病变的症状和神经功能受损有明显的改善作用,安全、无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Danggui Sini tang for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Divided 60 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome merged with yang deficiency syndrome of diabetic peripheral neuropathy into the treatment group and the control group randomly.Both groups were given control of blood glucose.The treatment group was treated with Danggui Sini tang for oral and external administration,while the control group was treated with epalrestat capsules.Both groups were treated for three months.Observed the clinical symptoms and signs,Toronto clinical scores and adverse reaction in two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 56.67%in the control group,the significant difference being found in the comparison between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,Toronto clinical scores in two groups were decreased,comparing with those before treatment(P<0.01).And Toronto clinical scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was found in the clinical observation in both groups.Conclusion:The oral and external administration of Danggui Sini tang has evident improving effect on the symptoms and neurological impairment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is safe and without toxic side effect.更多还原
