【摘要】 目的:观察金匮肾气丸联合西药治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的疗效。方法:选取本院治疗的90例老年COPD稳定期肾阳虚证患者,随机分成2组,2组均给予噻托溴铵干粉剂等西药治疗,治疗组加予口服金匮肾气丸,共治疗6月,在治疗3月和6月时分别进行肺通气功能、运动耐力和健康相关生活质量的评定,同时记录和统计患者急性加重次数、住院或入住重症监护病房(ICU)率和死亡率,以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:2组治疗3月和6月时的肺功能指标均较治疗前无明显改善(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗3月和6月时的6min步行距离(6MWD)均有改善(P<0.05);对照组治疗3月和6月时的6MWD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组治疗3月和6月时的结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6月后,2组6MWD比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗3月和6月时的圣乔治呼吸问题调查问卷(SGRQ)评分均有下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗3月和6月时的评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组治疗3月和6月时的评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6月后,2组评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6月期间,2组均有1例患者发生1次急性加重,2组均无患者入住ICU,也无死亡病例;2组均有3例患者主诉轻微口干,均无严重不良反应。结论:金匮肾气丸联合西药治疗可有效改善老年COPD稳定期肾阳虚证患者的症状、抑制短期肺功能的恶化、提高运动耐力和生活质量,但对肺功能指标并无明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Jingui Shenqi pills combined with western medicine in treating stable phase patients with senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods:Selected 90 cases of stable phase COPD patients with kidney-yang deficiency in our hospital and divided them into two groups randomly. Two groups were both treated with western medicine such as tiotropium bromide dry powder,etc.. Oral administration of Jingui Shenqi pills were added to the treatment group. The treatment lasted for six months. Evaluated pulmonary ventilation function,exercise performance and health-related quality of life when the treatment lasted for three months and six months respectively.
