【摘要】 目的通过对13台单光子发射计算机断层扫描装置(SPECT)设备26个探头固有均匀性性能进行测量并分析,探讨其在质量控制中的应用价值及意义。方法根据2007版NEMA(美国电器制造商协会)标准及各厂家标准,通过图像分析软件,对SPECT设备固有均匀性性能指标进行检测。结果固有积分均匀性合格率为61.5%,固有微分均匀性合格率为92.3%。结论固有均匀性是保证SPECT设备的图像质量的重要指标,必须按照规定对SPECT固有均匀性进行质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value and significance of application in quality control by measurement and analysis of intrinsic uniformity of 26 detectors of 13 SPECT Equipment.Methods According to the NEMA standard and the standard of each manufacturer,test the inherent uniformity performance of the SPECT equipment by using image analysis software.Results The qualification rate of integral proper uniformity is 92.3%.The qualification rate of Inherent differential uniformity is 61.5%.Conclusion Inherent uniformity is an important index to ensure the image quality of SPECT equipment.The quality control must be carried out according to the rules.更多还原
