某核电厂操纵人员睡眠状况初步调查

【摘要】 目的通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数调查表对中国核电厂操纵人员的睡眠状况进行初步调查研究,为完善该类特殊职业人群的睡眠质量评估体系提供依据。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数调查表对某核电基地的339名操纵人员进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 339份问卷中有效问卷305份,有效率为89.97%;操纵人员匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分为(4.29±2.81),12.5%的操纵人员存在睡眠质量问题,主要体现在日间功能障碍、入睡时间及主观睡眠质量这3个因子上。结论匹兹堡睡眠质量指数调查表可有效监测并评估核电厂操纵人员的睡眠状况;核电厂操纵人员的睡眠质量优于国内一般人群。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate sleep condition of nuclear power plant workers by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) in order to provide support for building a scientific sleep evaluation system for nuclear power plant. Methods The Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) was used to assess subjective sleep quality,and all analyses were performed by using the SPSS computer software. Results During the study period,305 subjects completed the test while 34 subjects dropped out,which resulted in a response rate of 89. 97%(305/339). Sleep assessment revealed that the mean PSQI score was 4. 29 ± 2.81 and 12. 5% of subjects had a score of 7 above,indicating a poor sleep quality. Subjects had a relatively higher score(score of 2 or above) in daytime dysfunction(27. 9%),sleep latency(15. 0%) and subjective sleep quality(14. 8%).Conclusion Sleep condition could be effectively evaluated and monitored by using PSQI. Chinese nuclear power plant workers had a relatively good sleep quality while comparing to domestic general population.
