基于氧化钴/石墨烯修饰电极检测畜禽饮用水中铅离子的研究
Detection of Pb2+ in Livestock and Poultry Drinking Water by Using Cobalt Oxide Nanoparticles/Graphene Modified Electrodes
【摘要】 采用两步电化学沉淀制备氧化钴/石墨烯修饰电极,通过循环伏安法对该电极进行表征,并研究铅离子在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,该复合材料修饰的工作电极的灵敏度与导电性增强;在0.1 mol/L PBS缓冲溶液(pH 5.0)中对铅离子的检测最优;铅离子在1×10-8-1×10-2mol/L浓度范围内呈线性关系;信噪比为3时,检出限为7.5×10-9mol/L。所构建的氧化钴/石墨烯修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、稳定性和重现性,同时将所构建的复合材料修饰电极应用于养殖场畜禽饮用水中铅离子的检测。
【Abstract】 In this work,we prepared graphene-based nanocomposite material by electrochemically depositing cobalt oxide nanoparticles on the surface of graphene by two-step.Cyclic Voltammetry(CV) was used to characterize the electrode and study the electrochemical behavior of Pb2+ on the modified electrode.The results showed that the cobalt oxide nanoparticles/graphene modified electrode had a good electrocatalytic activity to Pb2+ in 0.10 mol/L PBS buffer solution(pH 5.0).In the concentration range of 1×10-8-1×10-2 mol/L,the method presented a linear relationship.The limit of detection(LOD) was 7.5×10-9 mol/L at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3.The cobalt oxide nanoparticles/grapheme modified electrode showed a good stability,and reproducibility,and was used to detect Pb2+ in livestock and poultry drinking water in farms.
