【摘要】 目的探讨原发性高血压患者血脂综合指数与左心房增大的关系。方法从中山市黄圃人民医院选取资料完整且新诊断的原发性高血压患者150例,根据经胸超声心动图检查结果分为左心房增大组及左心房正常组。检测患者肾功能、血脂、血压、空腹血糖、血脂综合指数等指标并进行统计分析,采用Spearman进行相关分析,多因素Logistic回归分析左心房增大的相关因素。结果共有150例患者纳入本研究,左心房内径扩大者30例,左心房正常者120例,平均年龄(51.27±4.83)岁,两组间收缩压、血脂综合指数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman相关分析表明血脂综合指数与左心房大小呈正相关(r=0.563,P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析,结果显示血脂综合指数是左心房增大的危险因素(OR=1.985,95%CI:1.131~3.692,P<0.05)。结论在原发性高血压患者中,血脂综合指数与左心房增大呈正相关,并且是左心房增大的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the association between lipid comprehensive index and left atrial size in essential hypertension patients. Methods Data of 150 essential hypertension patients were collected from the Zhongshan Huangpu People′s Hospital. They were divided into normal left atrial group and enlarged left atrial group based on the size of left atrial diameter. Fasting blood glucose,serum lipid,renal function,blood pressure and lipid comprehensive index were measured,and multivariate logistic regression was used for analyzing. The correlation between clinical factors and left atrial diameter were assessed by using Spearman correlation and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results 150 essential hypertension cases were included in this study,with average age of(51.27±4.83)years old,including 30 enlarged left atrial patients. There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure and lipid comprehensive index between the two groups(P<0.05). Spearman correlation showed that lipid comprehensive index was positively associated with left atrial diameter(r=0.563,P<0.05). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that lipid comprehensive index was a risk factor for enlarged left atrial(OR=1.985,95% CI:1.131~3.692,P<0.05). Conclusion Lipid comprehensive index was positively correlated with left atrial size in patients with essential hypertension,and was a risk factor for enlarged left atrial.更多还原
