纳米SiC对高铬铸铁组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 将不同含量的纳米SiC加入到高铬铸铁中,制备了改性的高铬铸铁。通过金相、冲击和耐磨性试验研究了改性高铬铸铁的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,添加0.003%纳米SiC对高铬铸铁显微组织和力学性能影响不大,添加0.015%纳米SiC后,高铬铸铁的冲击韧度提高了40.3%;添加纳米SiC的高铬铸铁晶粒和碳化物显著细化;与未添加纳米SiC的高铬铸铁相比,添加纳米SiC使高铬铸铁的磨损率显著下降,即改善了高铬铸铁的耐磨性。

【Abstract】 High chromium cast irons modified by adding different amounts of nano-sized SiC particles were prepared.The microstructure and mechanical property of the modified high chromium cast irons were investigated by means of metallographic,impact and wear tests.The results showed that little change of microstructure and mechanical property was observed for the high chromium cast iron containing 0.003%nano-sized SiC particles,and that the impact toughness of the high chromium cast iron increased by 40.3%due to the addition of 0.015%nano-sized SiC Furthermore,the addition of nano-sized SiC particles rendered grain and carbide of the high chromium cast iron much finer,and wear rate of high chromium cast iron with nano-sized SiC decreased significantly relative to one without nano-sized SiC,with the addition of nano-sized SiC particles improving wear resistance of high chromium cast iron.
