利用固定床反应器进行脂肪酶催化合成维生素A棕榈酸酯
Synthesis of Vitamin a Palmitate Catalyzed by Lipase in Fixed Bed Reactor
【摘要】 探讨了利用固定床反应器进行脂肪酶催化合成维生素A棕榈酸酯的可行性.利用HPD826吸附法获得固定化酶活力达到9 200U/g,确定了反应介质为石油醚,进料流量8mL/min,反应温度为35℃,维生素A乙酯及棕榈酸的浓度分别为3.6g/L和14g/L.在此优化条件下反应,转化率可达80%,维生素A棕榈酸酯的生产能力为281g/(L·h).反应器连续运行12h,转化率维持在68%以上.结果表明,利用固定床反应器进行酶促合成维生素A棕榈酸酯可行,可进一步深入研究.
【Abstract】 The feasibility of using fixed bed reactor for synthesis of vitamin A palmitate catalyzed by lipase was investigated in this work.First,the lipase was immobilized by adsorption with HPD826 as carrier and give the activity of 9200U/g.Then the appropriate reaction conditions were determined:the reaction media is petroleum ether,the feed flow rate is 8mL/min,the temperature is 35 ℃,the concentrations of vitamin A acetate and palmitic acid are 3.6and 14g/L.Under these conditions,the conversion and productivity of vitamin A palmitate can reach 80%and 281g/(L·h),respectively.Finally,the reactor was continuously run for 12 h,the conversion held upon 68%.These results showed that the synthesis of vitamin A palmitate by immobilized lipase in fixed bed reactor was feasible and worth further investigation.
